At BodyCandy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and jewelry items are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
